1. What wildlife damage relief is available?

Answer : Elephant, hyena, tiger, bear, leopard, snow leopard, snow leopard, wolf, wild dog, wild badger, deer, alligator, crocodile, python and gourigai.

2. What types of wildlife damage are you entitled to?

Answer : The types of damage caused by the above-mentioned wild animals are damage to human beings, damage to livestock, damage to stored food, damage to houses/cabins, damage to stored crops.

3. Within how many days should the application be submitted for relief?

Answer : 35 days

4. What documents/evidence need to be submitted for relief?

Answer : The victim's application based on the type of damage, victim's photo, police report, health institution's recommendation, recommendation of the concerned intermediary consumer committee or Parisad or community forest consumer committee, recommendation of the concerned local government, technical assessment of animal service/agricultural service and land owner's certificate

5. On what basis will the amount given for relief be determined?

Answer : Based on the type of damage, the relief amount will be provided subject to the relief guidelines

6. Where to contact first for relief?

Answer:  Nikunj office or sector or post should be contacted

7. Is relief available/not available due to the damage to Ilani land?

Answer : Not available
